on control

So this is going to piss a few of you off, but my man friend was managing my fantasy football team. Not because I’m a cheater, mind you, but because I could give two shits about professional football and because he twisted my arm into playing in his league. We didn’t do any creepy colluding and we both made the playoffs, so there was no intentional weakening of teams, etc etc.

Fast-forward to the playoffs…I have to play him first round. He was a GIANT ASSHOLE on Sunday night and now I want to change my ESPN password shit and beat the crap out of him on Sunday. And then win the whole thing. It’s a simple league, really. The only problem is that a) I don’t know what I’m doing and b) he definitely does. Is this something to crowd source to my family? friends? strangers on craigslist? I think I could write a funny post on CL about how much of an asshole he was and how I really need to beat him and maybe I could get a date out of it? Probably no date, because bitching about an ex is the worst thing to do on a date, and therefore probably the worst way to get a date, but who knows.

p.s. I think I at least won the game of best team name ever…in that not so obvious, all these strangers now thinks that I am a Jesus Freak sorta way. For you Jews and everyone not raised in the Bible Belt, do yourself a favor and listen to that song. Please?
